I have over 15 years of executive assistant experience managing calendars and inboxes for CEOs & VPs of large corporations, small businesses, and start-ups.
What I've Learned
CEOs have little time to manage, review, and make decisions. I learned to master the “60sec walking meeting”. I had a very short amount of time in between THEIR calls or meetings to present them with urgent & important problems that either needed answers, solutions, or decisions. Once I got their answers, I was able to free up the bottleneck in their inbox by responding to emails and getting the replies people were waiting for. It also eliminated an overwhelming inbox at the end of their day that they never got to because of their endless meetings. I was the solution to the problem.
